A non refundable deposit of 25% of the booking total is required.
Full booking balance must be paid 21 days before arrival.
If the booking is cancelled less than 5 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged
Check in from 4pm. Contact is made with all guests prior to arrival to confirm estimated arrival time and ensure one of us will be on site to welcome them. If no one is available to welcome guests, or guests arriving late, a key will be left in key safe.
We will process a £200 security deposit at this time. This is taken as a pre-authorisation payment with a card over the phone. The funds will be held for the duration of the stay and released on departure, assuming there is no damage to the property or contents.
If a booking has to be cancelled due to COVID-19 government restrictions preventing the guest from travelling, we will refund the balance minus the 25% deposit. The deposit can then be used on a new booking for any future dates we have available. Any guests who leave early/cut their stay short will not be refunded for any nights they have not stayed.
Dogs are very welcome to stay with you in our log cabins however we do ask that they are kept off the furniture and beds to ensure the comfort of all future guests. This may affect your security deposit.
We reserve the right to withhold the refundable security deposit for (but not limited to) the following examples: dishes/pots/pans/cooking trays/BBQ left unclean and not ready to use, excessive soiling (i.e. cigarette butts, dog waste), deep cleaning required or any evidence of unlawful activities having taken place. Guests will be liable for any damages above the value of the security deposit, which will be payable within one week of departure.
Doors are wide enough to fit a wheelchair through and there is ramp access.
